Training and Coaching with Constellations
A 5-Day Professional Training in systemic work and (family) constellations
A 5-Day Professional Training in systemic work and (family) constellations
We humans are mysterious creatures. There are certain things about ourselves that are hard to understand. Why do we want something for example? But don’t go after it. Why might we feel sad or heavy? When there is no reason in our lives to feel that way. Or why can't we seem to hold on to a job or a relationship? Whereas we would really like to.
When logical thinking or a psychological approach doesn't give us the answers, it might be insightful to look at your life with a systemic lens. Lots of our patterns and unexplained behaviors have their roots in our families of origins. And the generations before them.
In this summer school we’ll explore how your past is shaping your present through (family) constellations and other forms of systemic work. These are powerful methods that reveal invisible patterns in families, teams, and organizations.
Working in small groups, you will practise as both facilitator and participant. This experiential approach ensures you understand systemic work from the inside out, whether you plan to use it professionally or apply the insights in your personal and professional life.
Last year’s programme was rated with an average of 9.4 out of 10 by participants.
What Makes This Training Special?
You will learn to see and work with the hidden dynamics that shape our lives and work:
What You will Learn
Our Approach
Don’t expect long powerpoint presentations! The learning is embodied, energetic, creative and can be emotionally intense. While constellations can be deeply healing, this is by no means a substitute for therapy. We expect participants to be able to regulate their own emotions when needed. When in doubt if this is the right moment in your life to take this course, please feel free to contact Jan Reinder or Lieselotte. We are happy to be of help.
Performing improvisational theatre all over the world, Lieselotte realized that life itself has no script either. And that that was exactly what she loved about the two realms. When starting to train managers’ communication skills, she always used the mind- and skillset of the improv stage to help people say yes-and to life.
Working with groups for the last 20 years, Lieselotte quickly felt more drawn to work with people on the deeper levels of interbeing. Having benefitted from meditation, contemporary-shamanism and family constellations for her own development, she now integrates these in almost all her programs. She works internationally as a program director and facilitator for THNK, school for creative leadership and teaches all three level courses of family constellations at UNLP.
As the European Debate Champion, Jan Reinder made his way into the world of training. He founded a company and published The Debate Guide. Yet he feared spending the rest of his life focused only on persuasion and debate, so he became a diplomat. In that role, he served the Netherlands and the European Union, working in places such as Turkey and Brussels. There, he discovered the power of connection.
When he made peace with his family’s history during the Second World War, he no longer felt the need to save the world. That’s why, in 2019, he returned to guiding teams and individuals—this time with a focus on empathy and finding better ways forward together. Systemic work and constellation practice have been essential in Jan Reinder’s personal development, and he now loves sharing these insights with others.
