Hamed Noori

An entrepreneur by nature and a coach by heart, Hamed Noori began his career as a teacher and study coach. With a background in various fields of management, he has spent the past 20 years working as a CEO, strategic advisor, businessperson, and entrepreneur. His extensive experience and collaborative approach have empowered him to inspire and lead teams effectively.

Driven by a passion for peace, justice, and the rule of law, Hamed pursued and obtained a master's degree in international law. Since 2020, Hamed has been a part of Utrecht University, where he trains new coaches in the Coaching and Training course.

In late 2020, amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, Hamed founded OCC, an organization dedicated to empowering students to overcome obstacles and develop their skills. Committed to his mission, OCC has provided more than 2,200 students with free coaching sessions and trained 60 coaches. Building on this success, Hamed established OCAC to train new coaches and share their expertise, furthering his goal of promoting diversity based on the pillars of peace, equality, quality education, and intercultural communication.

Hamed's innovative contributions have been widely recognized. He was nominated for the Diversity and Inclusion Award in 2022, honored as a role model for student well-being 2022 and selected as a game changer in education at the Education Festival of Utrecht University in 2023. Starting from September, he leads OCC and OCAC in contributing to a valuable EU project called MLIAGRO. This project, running over two years in the Netherlands, Italy, and Serbia, aims to train 20 expert coaches to support migrants and locals in living equally in a democratic society.
