Description
How can we support people from different cultures and life journeys in a way that is empowering? How do we create a conversation that is inclusive and builds genuine connections?
Coaching Across Continents is an experiential learning course that introduces participants to coaching as both a skill and a mindset. Rooted in equality in dialogue and non-judgmental communication, this program provides you with an opportunity to support others in discovering their strengths and finding their own solutions.
The course integrates coaching tools with real cross-cultural contexts. You will learn to listen deeply, communicate with compassion, structure conversations using basic coaching models, and create spaces where people feel seen and heard.
More than learning techniques, you will explore who you are as a coach.
Because in this work, you are the instrument you work with.
Through live practice sessions, peer coaching, reflection and feedback, you will discover the power of supporting and inspiring others, opening up new perspectives, and contributing to inclusion and growth.
Course Format
- Daily Kick-Off & Group Coaching Structure
Each session begins with a joint kick-off moment led by the full training team. After this shared start, participants divide into smaller subgroups and continue working with their assigned trainers. This structure ensures personal attention, continuity, and a supportive learning environment.
- Fully online, interactive and practice-based
- Weekly live sessions focused on exercises, reflection, peer coaching and supervised practice
- Strong focus on experiential learning: you learn coaching by doing it
- Assignments supporting skills, mindset and personal growth
- Final coaching expo to demonstrate learning and celebrate progress
