Summer Course for York Students

Description

During the summer, the Utrecht Summer School offers its participants the dorms that are occupied by international students throughout the academic year. Because of this, the housing provided is affordable, but very basic. Student rooms are not hotel rooms. You will be placed together with you fellow York students. 

On this page, you can find all of the information. You are welcome to check-in on 19 July 2025 between 12.00 (noon) and 18.00. You have to leave the accommodation again on Friday 8 August, before 10.00 in the morning. 

The Utrecht Summer School housing is basic and includes:

• A private bedroom (with new matrass cover)
• Shared facilities such as kitchen, bathroom and toilet
• Kitchen supplies (pots/pans/cutlery/plates/cups)
• Toilet paper & basic cleaning supplies for your first days
• A laundry machine
• Free wifi

Not included are: 

• A pillow & blanket*
• Towels & sanitary products
• An iron & hairdryer
• A private bathroom
• Meals

If you apply with received, you do not have to pay for the housing and/or sleeping bag/pillow.
