Utrecht Summer School not only offers you a fine selection of interesting courses in all kinds of disciplines, it also aims at giving the participants an unforgettable stay. Therefore we invite all students during the months July and August to an attractive social programme, including excursions, sport activities and social gatherings. The activities will provide the perfect setting for you to get to know your classmates better and to meet international students from other Summer School courses!
Each campus has its own social programme. The activities during the week are at or around the campus. For the weekend excursions, the touring bus will stop at each campus.
Utrecht Summer School reserves the right to alter or cancel an activity. In case of cancellation by Utrecht Summer School, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation
If you cancel your participation in a social programme activity, you will not receive a refund. Tickets are bought on individual basis, and thus it is also not possible to give your ticket to a fellow student.Utrecht Summer School reserves the right to alter or cancel an activity. In case of cancellation by Utrecht Summer School, you will receive a full refund.
Tickets
Tickets for social activities purchased online can only be paid by creditcard. During the summer tickets can also be bought at the office of the Summer School and at the external locations.
